Hi! I'm your cousin Tyler's wife...just in case you didn't know :) You are too cute!
You might get some inspiration off of my cooking blog...some might be a little much for a boy...but I try to make everything super easy with limited ingredients.
I helped Jordan made an egg salad sandwich the other day and he kept saying...why didn't I think of this on my misson. There you go...egg salad sandwich. Boiled egg, mayo, bread. Maybe a pinch of mustard to spice it up.
Then you could go with the Fried egg. Scrambled egg. Poached egg. Aren't I creative?! He's going to love it. In all cases he could throw in some beans...I bet he doesn't see them in Ecuador!
